April the 20th.
As we continue our Return to Hope, scripture again reminds us of how the early Christians faced difficulties and still continued to proclaim the message of Christ's resurrection.
They accepted the mission they had received and persevered. We were recommissioned in that same mission just a few days ago.
Have we used our time this year to reflect on the many little things we can do to fulfill our commitment?
We surely will not have the large effect early Christians had, but each effort we make has the potential to let someone see Christ in and through us.
Holy Spirit, make me a faithful instrument of the message of hope.
